The amazing properties of 12 and 21

Today I'm going to write about a cool relationship between 12 and 21.

12 is 21 backwards, right? If you multiply 12x12 and 21x21 you get 144 and 441, which are also each other backwards.

This is also true of 112 and 211.

Bagels!

I want to introduce you to a game called Bagels, a strategy number guessing game. Here are the three clues:
Pico=one of the digits is correct, but is in the wrong place
Fermi=one of the digits is correct, and is in the correct place
Bagels=none of the digits are correct.

Example:
First player makes up a 3 digit number (727)
Second player guesses: 111
Bagels! None of the numbers are correct
Second player guesses: 222
Fermi! One digit is correct and is in the correct place
Second player guesses: 233
Pico! One digit is correct but is in the wrong place
Second player guesses: 424
Fermi! One digit is correct and is in the correct place
Second player guesses: 525
Fermi! One digit is correct and is in the correct place
Second player guesses: 626
Fermi! One digit is correct and is in the correct place
Second player guesses: 727
Winner!

You can also give combinations of clues, like: Pico Fermi, or double Fermi.

Try it and have fun!
